Welcome back to another round of Friday Picks. This is where I find random things on the internet that I want to share with you. Some of these items I may have or currently use and some are on on my wish list. These items can range from jewelry, beauty products, home decor, fashion and more. Just whatever catches my eye during the week that I want to share with you. I have added links to the items in case you want to purchase or read more about them.
Halogen Stretch Knit Top
I’ve been searching for some great tops for the summer that can be dressed up or down. I love finding items that can be easily dressed up or down with just a few changes. You could style this for daytime with a pair of jeans or capris. Then for evening, you could dress it up with a skirt, adding a long necklace or a light jacket. You can check out the top here or other items at the Nordstrom Sale.
Avon Pineapple Tote
I have this tote and I love it. I purchased it from my local Avon representative, but I found it online here and it’s only $8.99. I was very impressed with the quality of this tote. It is canvas with leather like handles and the applique has the leather like qualities as well. It is about 13 inches high, 17 inches wide and about 5 inches deep. The handles are about 11 inches. It has 1 zip pocket and 2 slip pockets with a magnet closure and is fully lined. What a great tote for the beach or pool. But you could also use it as your summer handbag.
Itzy Ritzy Snack Bags + Sealed Wet Bags
With beach and pool time here, these bags are a must have. I have both of these and I love them. I use them during the summer for our lake trips. The small snack happens bag is great for snacks but also great for cell phones, keys, debit or credit cards, sunglasses and much more.
I have a couple of the sealed wet bags. I use one for my wet swimsuits and other other for sunscreen and other tanning products.
They are reusable, machine washable and are BPA free, lead free and PVC free. I have washed mine many times and they still look great. Plus they come in a variety of patterns and colors. They also have a line for moms and babies. Check their website out here. I checked and they are on Amazon as well, you can check them out here.
I have used Indigo Soaps for a few years after my sister introduced me to them and now it is the only soap I use. The soaps are all handmade using their own farm ingredients and local farmers markets ingredients to make their soaps. They have a variety of soaps and others items for the face, lips and feet. Check them out here. Right now they have free shipping with orders over $75.
That’s it for this week. Hop you have a great weekend.
