Hello everyone. I am back today with an exercise routine that can improve your fitness. First, let’s do some background on what I have been doing and go from there. For some time now I have been doing HIIT workout routines and I really do like it and the benefits, but sometimes it is hard on the joints and I found myself looking for alternatives when that happens. For those of you that are not familiar with HIIT, it stands for High Intensity Interval Training, which basically means you do short periods of intense anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods. Most HIIT sessions are usually around 30 minutes. But today, I want to tell you about VIIT. So what is VIIT? It is Variable Intensity Interval Training. Works similar to HIIT, but is a medium-intensity (strength) and low-intensity (mind/body) recovery periods for a shorter and more efficient workout.
Like you, I am always busy and on the go and need something that works and is quick. Who really has time for several hours of cardio, strength and core when you can reap the same benefits in one workout and in less time.
By using the VIIT structure you can reap many benefits including but not limited to:
• Enhanced athletic performance
• Slowing the aging process
• Decrease stress
• Improving your Balance
• Decreasing body fat
• Control blood pressure
• Decrease illness
Reasons to choose VIIT as your go to exercise program:
• It is a quick and fun way to get a total body fitness experience
• Benefits of mind/body, agility, and strength
• Some VIIT workouts also allows participants to choose options, from beginner to advanced
